Zero Tolerance Categories

  • Child exploitation or sexual content involving minors.
  • Terrorism, credible threats, severe harassment, stalking, coercion, or blackmail.
  • Malware, unauthorized access, credential theft, fraud, phishing, or botnet activity.
  • Doxxing, non-consensual intimate content, sanctions evasion, or financial crime.

Available Actions

Depending on the facts and applicable law, USER01 may take no action, request more information, rate-limit, restrict relay access, revoke a subscription, block a local identity, preserve available metadata, or cooperate with lawful process.

Content-Blind Limits

USER01 is not designed to inspect plaintext message or attachment bodies. The service cannot provide plaintext content it does not possess.
